Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated with gentle plant based ingredients and are free from SLS, SLES, parabens, and phthalates. However, every skin type is different, so we recommend doing a patch test before first use.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We never test on animals, and neither do our ingredient suppliers. Every product is tested on willing humans, with consent.
What ingredients do you use?
We use plant oils, butters, botanical extracts, clays, essential oils, skin safe micas, and skin safe fragrance oils. Each product page includes a full ingredient list.
Why do natural products sometimes change colour?
Natural ingredients such as clays, botanicals, and essential oils can change slightly over time. This is completely normal and does not affect product performance.
Is your packaging sustainable?
We use plastic-free or low-impact packaging wherever possible, including reusable glass jars, tin containers, recycled paper labels, paper tapes, paper bubble wrap, and recyclable shipping materials.
How can I make my soap/shampoo bar last longer?
Allow your soap or shampoo bars to dry completely between uses by placing it on a well-draining soap dish. Avoid leaving it sitting in water.
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We ship pan-India. Shipping timelines vary depending on your location.

Absolutely! We offer beautifully packed gift boxes for birthdays, weddings, corporate gifting, baby showers, festive gifting, and special occasions.
Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
Yes! We create custom products for weddings, events, corporate gifting, and brand collaborations. Minimum order quantities apply. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items. Please click an unboxing video. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges typically range from ₹80–₹100 for parcels up to 500gms, depending on your delivery location and courier service. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Local pickup is available only in Thane. If you choose this option, you can collect your order in person from Thane. Or opt for a local delivery in Thane and Mumbai, which can be arranged at an additional charge.
